Position Overview:
The Sales Support Specialist is integral to the success of our sales efforts, supporting the team across the entire sales cycle. The Sales Support Specialist will handle top-funnel outreach, assist with demos, create personalized proposals, assist with tradeshow preparation and follow-ups, and ensure pipeline follow-through. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for technology, an understanding of the sales funnel, and a collaborative approach to both sales and marketing.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or lead generation role, preferably in the software industry.
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and an interest in how marketing and sales can align to drive revenue.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools and marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for software and technology, with an eagerness to learn about Bravura's products and industry trends.
